CANCELLATION POLICY
Your wellness treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the studio's scheduling policies. We ask that you please be courteous to our clients on our wait list and give us a 48 hour notice when canceling appointments so these spots can be filled. Less than 48 hour notice of cancellation is subject to a 50% charge of the full service cost. Same day cancellations and No Shows are subject to 100% of the full service charge. Our livelihood depends on our booked appointments. Giving us as much time as possible is appreciated. Thank you.
